RPM repaired the swing gate on the back of my 2018 Ford Eco Sport SUV. The gate wouldn't open and when I took it to Ford they said they would have to cut open the inside panel to find our what was wrong, not an option for me . After months of not being able to open the back of the car, my son in law referred me to RPM. They have a magic mechanic who was able get the gate open, to remove the panel and confirm that the actuator needed to be replaced. I got the car back the following day, good as new. 100% great experience.

Margot, so sad you had to experience the lack of "magic" at the dealership. Of course, what we accomplished was not magic, but a determination to perform the repair as needed without destroying your vehicle. We believe "THERE IS NO RIGHT WAY TO DO THE WRONG THING". Taking my car in to be serviced is not one of my favorite activities, but Don and the team at RPM made the experience pleasant and easy! Waiting room is clean and attractive, people are friendly, service was prompt and thorough and they even cleaned my windshield. Being new to Reno, finding vendors I can trust is HUGE! RPM and Scotty's are my new goto automotive service provider. Thank you!

RPM Motors always gets me in ASAP and ALWAYS gets the job done right. Don just knows his stuff and makes sure that his TEAM knows what and how to do things. I often observe the interactions between Managers and the Technicians and they always talk about what's in the best interest of the customer. Highly recommend RPM Motors!!

Chad Wood and Don Avila are an awesome team at the front desk. Chad was extremely helpful in explaining maintenance and repairs to my Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. Work involved included reinstall of original Airbox assembly, extensive tune up and full service lube, oil and filer. The truck runs great and I am very happy with the results. Also thanks to J. Wiley who performed most of the labor. I have been a customer of Scotty's for many years and trust the fine staff work. .
