Service has always been consistent here. Kyle, Steve, and Don always treat me with respect. It's a place to go that won't take advantage of you, and they will tell you what you need, and recommend others to be done in the near future. They do not sell you more than you need, this is a quality establishment. I have taken my truck here for years, and will not take it anywhere else.

Great quick service

Last year, we listed our 1998 Toyota Camry on Craigslist. When I met with two prospective buyers neither one wanted a test drive. They said the fact that our Camry had been serviced by Scotty's Transmission spoke volumes! Both said that was good enough for them, they knew the car had been in good hands. One of the buyers said he took his fleet of trucks to Scotty's. Word of mouth plus excellent service equals Scotty's Transmission!!!! And our car was sold within three hours of listing it!

I have a 2004 SUV and a 2006 pickup truck- both my vehicles are serviced by Scotty's- they get lube oil and filter every 3.000 miles along with an inspection- this shop is very organized and clean- they have always been very professional and fair- I used to change my own oil and filter etc because I wanted to know all the oil was emptied out and it was done correctly - I have watched these guys and trust them - I recommend this shop with no hesitation.

For many years I've been a customer because they are the most honest and reliable auto repair and oil change businesses in the Reno Sparks area.

Don and the mechanics are fantastic as always- Don is honest and does not pull punches. he tells me like it is and has saved me alot of money for that- RPM does not take advantage and just try to generate money. instead Don and the team are trusted friends who take care of my car.thanks
