Rob & Don were great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. They explained the problem in terms I could understand and provided a written estimate and did not exceed the amount. They peformed a complete safety inspection at no charge and let me know of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. They did not try to scare me into repairs that could wait until I could afford them. I'll be back to have them take care of the other issues.
