Don and Zach at RPM are the BOMB. I ripped off my windshield wiper in a carwash accident and they had me fixed up and out the door (with a fussy Audi Part) installed in less than 2 hours from the time that I called them to explain the problem. In the process they fixed an issue with the wiper arm (that had been long standing) and did a little research to help me figure out how to prevent the wipers from going into panic mode in the future. I highly recommend RPM and Scotty's Transmission!
