Rolled in Friday afternoon looking for an oil change. Tech in pit found that transfer case had missing bolt and was completely dry. Don Avila took time to personally drive to supplier for correct bolt to ensure that truck was back on the road by 5:00 Friday evening. Service above and beyond!!
