Booked appointment,they emailed me a reminder the day before. I have had a lot of maintenance work done with RPM over a number of years. They have done a great job on keeping my 2009 jeep running in top condition. I recommend them as one of the best in Reno.

Drop my Dakota off due to transmission codes popping up. Zac and crew performed all the tests needed to find troubled spots and diagnose. Tests shows trouble with the computer which is something they can replace but they cannot put in the VIN number to make it run properly. They recommended the dealership since they have the capability to complete repairs and key in VIN. Here's the kicker, Zac didn't charge me anything for his diagnosis or time for reviewing needs. I will be returning for oil changes repairs and anything needed on my autos due to their customer care and attitude. Outstanding service, the best in town. Thank you Zac and crew. Sincerely Chuck
